Villawood Positive Change is a Villawood Properties initiative that encourages healthy and sustainable living along with the development of environmentally friendly homes in new communities.

Villawood Positive Change includes three key elements:

• Green Home Calculator (enviroSTAR) - Save water, save energy and save money by using the green home calculator.

• Saving Forests (forestSTAR) – A biodiversity land offset for your homesite that helps to conserve Victoria's State Forests.

• Helping Kids (kidsSTAR) - Good Friday Appeal charity home donation, assisting The Royal Children's Hospital Melbourne.

GOOD FRIDAY APPEAL AUCTION HOUSE 2012

Villawood Properties has teamed up with Henley again in 2012 to auction this year's Good Friday Appeal Charity Auction House on Good Friday, 6 April 2012.

Located within the award-winning 'Alamanda' community in Point Cook – an ISPT and Villawood joint venture project - the 476sqm home-site and double storey 'Sahara Q1' home by Henley was sold at auction on Good Friday for $605,000!

The Royal Children's Hospital will use the funds donated from the 2012 Good Friday Appeal to purchase an $8 million item of highly sophisticated imaging equipment called M R Pet (Magnetic Resonance Positron Emission Tomography).
