Villawood Positive Change is a Villawood Properties initiative that encourages healthy and sustainable living along with the development of environmentally friendly homes in new communities.

Villawood Positive Change includes three key elements:

• Saving Forests (forestSTAR) – A biodiversity land offset for your homesite that helps to conserve Victoria's State Forests.

• Helping Kids (kidsSTAR) - Good Friday Appeal charity home donation, assisting The Royal Children's Hospital Melbourne.

GFA_Auction_House_with_buyers_v2 The Good Friday Appeal Auction Home 2011 was a huge success - with $610,000 being raised for The Royal Children's Hospital Good Friday Appeal!

More than 400 people attended the auction, keen to see the sale of the premium double-storey, 'Eclipse Q2' home constructed and donated by Henley.

Located within the 'Alamanda' community, Villawood and ISPT proudly donated the land allotment.

Villawood and Henley appreciate all the time, effort and materials donated by all the supporters during the development of the auction home.
