Villawood Properties and Henley joined forces for the first time in 2010 to construct and offer a completed house and land package for auction as part of the Good Friday Appeal.

Raising a total of $635,000 for The Royal Children's Hospital Melbourne on Good Friday, 2 April 2010, the charity home auction saw a flurry of bids from buyers looking to secure the charity home located within the award-winning 'Alamanda' Point Cook community by Villawood Properties.

The home, a showcase of Henley's 'Kube' collection, featured four bedrooms as part of a stunning double storey design with a spacious alfresco area and the very best in luxury inclusions and stylish finishes.

All funds from the auction sale were donated directly to The Royal Children's Hospital Good Friday Appeal in 2010.
