2011 GFA Auction House - SOLD

SOLD FOR $610,000!

As part of our ongoing commitment to support the Good Friday Appeal, Villawood Properties together with Henley have once again provided a complete house and land package for auction as part of the Good Friday Appeal 2011.

Fierce bidding saw the auction house sell for $610,000 on Good Friday, 22 April 2011 with more than 400 people attending the auction, all keen to see the sale of the ‘Eclipse Q2’, a premium double-storey, four bedroom home constructed and donated by Henley.

Located in Villawood Properties and ISPT’s ‘Alamanda’ community in Point Cook, all funds raised from the auction house will go directly to the Good Friday Appeal 2011.
