The Good Friday Appeal auction home is already well and truly underway at Alamanda Point Cook, as Villawood and Henley have commenced works on the 2011 charity home.

5 April 2011 With construction complete, Villawood Properties and Henley hare pleased to present the 2011 Good Friday Appeal Auction House. The 8-star energy rated environmentally friendly home is now open for inpection. 23 March 2011 With the finishing touches being applied to the home, the landscaping and driveway are underway. The Good Friday Appeal Auction House will be looking fantastic – come and inspect the home this Saturday 26 March, between 1pm-3.30pm. |

17 March 2011 The home is nearing completion, with the landscaping starting on Tuesday this week. Window furnishings and wallpaper to be installed early next week to ensure the home is ready for the first open for inspection on Saturday 26 March. |

2 March 2011 The house is now at lock up, and in the process of being fitted off internally, plastered, and with landscaping about to begin. The many trades who have given up their time to work on the house have again built another grand design. A lot of the trades worked through the Christmas and New Year break to ensure the house is complete and ready for Good Friday. |

9 February 2011 With the exterior of the home almost completely bricked work has begun on the interior fit out. Select the image on the right to view some of the generous volunteers helping the home to take shape. |

21 January 2011 The auction home is well underway. Wet weather in early January slowed construction a little, but bricklaying has now begun. The home is anticipated to be at lock up by end of the month. |
