March 8, 2012 Construction is now complete! All the landscaping is now finished, the grass has been seeded and the display furniture has been installed. The home will now be open for inspection between 5.30pm – 6.30pm every Wednesday and 12pm – 2pm every Saturday in the lead up to Good Friday. |

January 24, 2012 The New Year has seen a flurry of construction activity progress on the Charity Auction Home, and we are pleased to report that the builders are now at fit-out stage. Basins, electricals, taps etc. are all being installed over the coming weeks and we are on track to meet the March 7 deadline for our very first open for inspection! |

November 8, 2011 The framework has been completed, roof tiles laid and much of the ground-floor windows are now in. The exterior bricks have been delivered so bricklaying can soon commence. |

October 24, 2011 What a difference four days can make! The building team sure has been busy this week, with most of the timber frame now installed along the first floor level. Melbourne’s unseasonably wet weather is not helping anyone, but the volunteer workers have pressed on regardless. |

October 20, 2011 Construction has now commenced on the 2012 Good Friday Appeal auction home. The foundations have been laid and the slab has been poured, meaning works will soon begin on the home’s timber frame. |
