The land for donation as part of the Saving Forests (forestSTAR) initiative contains a vibrant and diverse community of indigenous flora and fauna, including a unique zone of Mallee vegetation ‘Whipstick Shrub” and distinctive stands of Box – Ironbark forest.

The initiative will help protect this area and its inhabitants long into the future. This gallery represents a snapshot of the flora and fauna being protected by the program.
